Good for depression

Used Mindbloom for depression. The at-home ketamine treatment was straightforward. Consult was fast, and the medication arrived on time. The guided sessions were helpful. It definitely made a positive impact. Satisfied with the service.

Really helped with depression!

Mindbloom is just amazing! I started their ketamine therapy for depression and it has been life-changing. The personalized treatment plan they created for me felt so tailored to my needs. The guided sessions were incredibly supportive, and I felt comfortable throughout. I am so glad I found this program. Definitely recommending to everyone I know who is struggling. I will absolutely be using Mindbloom again in the future, it's truly fantastic!

Decent program, some minor issues

I tried Mindbloom for anxiety. The initial clinical psychiatric consultation was good, and the clinician seemed knowledgeable. My Bloombox came quickly, probably 4 days after my consult. The guided ketamine sessions were mostly positive. I found the mental health monitoring app useful, but it did crash on me once during a log, which was a bit annoying. The integration coaching was okay, sometimes I felt like the advice was a little generic. Value-wise, it's an investment, but it's comparable to other options. Overall, it's a solid service, but there's room to refine the app and make the coaching a bit more personalized.

Comprehensive program, good support

I signed up for the ketamine therapy for anxiety program and the whole process was pretty smooth. First, I had a mental health assessment online, which felt thorough. Then, a clinical psychiatric consultation followed, and they walked me through what to expect. The Bloombox arrived in about 6 days with everything needed, including the ketamine oral tablets. My guided ketamine sessions were really helpful, and the integration coaching afterward helped me process my experiences. I also used the mental health monitoring app, which was easy to log my feelings in. The psychiatric clinician support was responsive whenever I had questions, usually within a day. Overall, the quality of care and the program structure made a big difference for my anxiety.

what's the deal with canceling? if I decide it's not for me after a month, am I stuck?

J Josh L. 1 month ago
Nah, you can cancel your program. I think you might be on the hook for any sessions you've already done or meds received, but they aren't going to lock you into a long-term thing.

I heard their refund policy is pretty straightforward if you decide to stop early. Just check their terms for the specifics.

thinking about signing up but wondering about the timeline. how long does the initial consultation stuff usually take before you get your meds?

K Kevin F. 2 months ago
It wasn't super long for me. Like a week or two to get everything sorted after the first call.

N Neil 2 months ago
Mine was pretty quick too. The consultation itself is just a chat with the clinician to see if it's a good fit, then they move pretty fast if you're approved.

Is Mindbloom really better than something like Nue Life? I'm trying to decide which one to go with for my anxiety.

J Jared 2 months ago
I haven't tried Nue Life, but Mindbloom's coaching and group sessions really made a difference for me. Felt more supported than just getting the medicine.

I looked into both and went with Mindbloom because their clinicians seemed more involved, and the overall program felt more structured. But I guess it depends on what you're looking for.

are there any legit discounts for new people? I saw something about an introductory offer but not sure how to get it.

R Rosa 1 month ago
Usually, it's just applied when you first sign up or you might get a referral link from someone that has a discount built in. I don't think they do like coupon codes you punch in later.

Yeah, I got a new client discount when I started. Didn't need a code, it was just part of the sign-up process.

hey has anyone used their HSA for Mindbloom? trying to figure out if that's even an option or if it's strictly out of pocket.

G Gwen Brooks 1 month ago
Yeah totally, I used my HSA last year for it. They definitely accept those.

I think so too. My buddy used his FSA. So either one should work.

does Mindbloom work for PTSD too? or is it mainly for depression/anxiety?

F Faith Lindqvist 2 months ago
From what I understand, they do treat PTSD. I know a few people who've had good results with it for that specific issue.

F Faith Silva 2 months ago
Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's for PTSD as well. It's often grouped with anxiety and depression in their info.
